Stomp Wars Dallas Theatre reviews
All the bands Rocked!! Honda Center...Not so much!
I was very impressed with the energy and vocals of all the bands. They still sounded like they did 30 years ago, in spite of the suck sound system. The Honda Center's sound system sucked. The venders were unprepared and ran out of T-shirts, food and alcohol early in the evening. Rick Springfield made contact with the crowd and then tried to get back on stage with no help from security. They still have it!! The security was unaccommodating to the bands.
I would love to see another Flashback Jack event with 80's bands, but in place equipped to handle concerts and live music. He joked about it, but it was obvious security was oblivious to everything. We stood in line for 1/2 hour only to find out they were out of most food and beverages and could only order 1 drink if they had even had the beverage. The honda Center needs to stick to only sports events in their venue. I would never see a concert at the Honda SPORT Center again.
